Home Inspection Services

Our home inspection service is a comprehensive visual inspection of the structural elements and systems which are accessible. This typically includes:

Foundation

Roofing

Exterior, walls, siding etc...

Porches, decks, and Pool Equipment

Attic

Electrical systems

Plumbing systems (Including any private well equipment)

Interior (Including Chinese Drywall and Visual Inspection For Presence of Mold)

Doors and windows

Heating and air conditioning systems

Ventilation

Fireplaces

We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector so that you may ask questions and gain a better understanding of the systems in the home. The Inspector will also provide valuable maintenance tips.  Whether you attend the inspection or not, our inspection report includes full color photographs and our Inspectors will always be available to answer questions.
