Home Inspection Licensing Update

Florida law requiring Home Inspectors to be licensed went into effect on 7/1/2010.  Due to the state's inability to implement the application process in time for the law to go into effect, a grace period was granted to Home Inspectors until 7/1/2011.  As we rapidly approach that deadline, we remind consumers and Real Estate Professionals to "check" the status of an Inspector's license PRIOR to scheduling an inspection appointment!
