- We will install your Hurricane Shutters as soon as your home is in a "Tropical Storm Warning" zone. As local residents, our experience has been that you don't wait until the last minute to prepare. Also, we have seen extensive damage to homes during the less severe "Tropical Storms".
- Internal & External Security Checks
- Inspect Home Appliances & Fixtures
- Inspect and Operate Plumbing
- Collect & Forward Mail (if necessary)
- Monitor A/C and Humidity in Home to Prevent Mold
- Full Report Including Color Photos
- Via Email or Air/Ground Shipping.
Platinum HomeWatch Service
(In Addition to Basic Service)
- Remote Video Viewing
- View Your Home from Anywhere in the World at ANY TIME.
- Arrival Preparations
- Airport Transportation, Grocery Shopping, etc.
- House Cleaning Service
- Contractor/Maintenance Supervision (Additional Fees may apply upon duration of Supervision)
