Chinese Drywall Update 9/27/2010

This month marks the 2nd Anniversary since Kross Inspectors began developing the most comprehensive non destructive Drywall Inspection protocol.  As we rapidly approach our 7,000th Drywall Inspection, we would like to remind the general public that the Chinese Drywall problem is still a major concern in most Florida Real Estate Markets.

Although thousands of homes have been identified as containing defective drywall, many affected homes remain yet to be discovered!

As we enter our busy buying season in Florida, we would like to remind all consumers and Real Estate Professionals that it is imperative to protect yourself against the "Fly By Night" organizations and companies surfacing daily seeking to take advantage of consumers.
