In order to maintain our commitment to Superior Customer Service, we have implemented new technology in our Inspection and Report Writing methods that allow our Professional Inspectors to generate their inspection reports ON SITE. After the report is generated, it is delivered to our office for quality review and then forwarded to the recipients.
Our new Report Delivery Guarantee is simple: If your on site inspection was completed prior to 5pm, we guarantee that your report will be sent from our delivery system by 8pm on the same day! If it is not sent by 8pm, we will give you a $25 Lowes Gift Card as compensation for the delay!
