We realize that time is of the essence for any Inspection we perform. This is why we have made an investment in advanced technology developed by our own team of Inspectors and Affiliates in order to deliver your comprehensive Inspection report via email ON SITE.

Our Inspectors use mobile devices to compile notes, photos, and observations about the property, then simply click "Send" to deliver the report(s) via email from the property being Inspected.

Many of our Clients appreciate the fact that when they contract Kross Inspectors for their Home Inspection needs, they do not have to wait the typical 24-48 hours after the Inspection to receive their report!

Our new Report Delivery Guarantee is simple: If your on site inspection was completed prior to 5pm, we guarantee that your report will be sent from our delivery system by 8pm on the same day! If it is not sent by 8pm, we will give you a $25 Home Depot Gift Card as compensation for the delay!
