Hurricane/Storm Preparations - $300/Incident (Includes installing hurricane shutters, removing lawn/patio furniture, removing hurricane shutters, replacing lawn/patio furniture, and providing a summary photo report of the condition of the property after the storm passes.)
Contractor Oversite (On site supervision of Contracter Services) - $150/Day
Pool Service - $95/Month (Weekly Visits by Licensed Professionals)
Lawn Service - $80/Month (Weekly Visits By Licensed Professionals. CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT MORE)
Mail Forwarding
Water Treatment Service - $75/Month (For homes serviced by private well systems. Includes, salt service, tank cleaning, and annual water quality test)
Pest Control - $45/Month
