Building Plans/Permits Review

As a specialty inspection service, we offer building plans and permit review.  Our Inspector will retrieve permits filed with the local building department and complete a full visual inspection for compliance to the plans filed.  The Inspector will then provide the Client with a full narrative report of the exceptions found during the on site inspection. 

This type of inspection is also provided for all new construction projects.  The plans and specifications are provided to the Inspector and the Inspector will complete progress inspections to ensure the builder/contractor is adhering to the plans and specifications.  The Inspector will also verify that permits are issued for the improvements.
