My father, being a home builder, gave me my first job at the age of ten, so I have been around home construction nearly all my life. The experience of seeing hundreds of homes being built throughout the years has enhanced my eye for finding hidden deficiencies.
I acquired my Florida State Contractor’s license in 2005 and my Florida Home Inspector license in 2011. I am also a member of National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the Florida Association of Home Inspectors. I am very happy to be home inspector.
